About Midnight Plant Kitchen
Midnight Plant Kitchen began during a season of trying to feel better — physically, mentally, and emotionally — when life didn’t leave much room for perfection.
I started cooking this way out of necessity, not trend. I needed food that supported healing and energy, but still felt comforting, doable, and human.
This blog reflects how I actually eat: a mix of raw, high-vibe meals and cozy vegan comfort food, chosen with intention but without rigidity.
Midnight Plant Kitchen is for anyone who believes food can be supportive and joyful — even in the middle of real life — and who wants nourishment that meets them where they are.
Many of these recipes are built from simple ingredients I return to again and again, especially on days when energy is low and life is loud.

Go-To Snack
Fresh-pressed juice I make myself. When I need something simple and supportive, my go-to is fresh-pressed juice I make at home. It’s hydrating, energizing, and feels like a reset — especially on busy or heavy days. Sometimes nourishment really is that simple.

All Time Favorite meal
Fruit salad with a lightly sweet cashew topping. My all-time favorite meal is a colorful fruit salad topped with a lightly sweet cashew cream. It’s fresh, satisfying, and feels both nourishing and indulgent at the same time — a reminder that food can be simple and still feel special.
